Here we explain what data you share with us when you get in touch, what we use it for, and how you can exercise your rights.

Who is responsible for your data

Encuentras is a brand of Grupo Impulso Digital, which operates from Guadalajara, Jalisco, Mexico and is responsible for the personal data we receive through this site.

What data we collect

We only ask for what we need in order to reply. We do not collect sensitive data: we do not need health, financial or tax information to answer your message.

  • What you write in the contact form: your name, your business name if you share it, the trade you work in, the current state of your online presence, the channel you prefer us to use (WhatsApp or email) with the matching detail, and an optional message.
  • The context of your request: the page you came from and the plan or configuration you were looking at.
  • The card or representative code of whoever shared the site with you, when you arrive by scanning a QR code. It is a short code that identifies the card, not you, and it travels in the page address (for example, ?r=saul).
  • The technical data any website records: server logs and basic usage metrics, such as the pages visited, the type of device, and the site you came from.

What we use it for

We do not sell or rent your data, and we do not use it for third-party advertising.

  • Answering your request and continuing the conversation, with a 24 to 48 hour response target.
  • Preparing a proposal with the information you gave us.
  • Following up on the service if you decide to hire us.
  • Understanding, in aggregate, which pages and which cards start conversations.

Cookies and measurement

This site uses no advertising cookies and no cross-site profiling. The form's anti-spam protection may set technical cookies needed to confirm that a person is sending it.

Usage metrics are aggregated: they tell us how many people visited a page, not who you are.

Who we share it with

We work with infrastructure providers that make the site and the form possible: hosting and content delivery, the service that receives form submissions, the service that delivers that notification by email, and the anti-spam tool. Each one processes the data solely to provide us that service.

We do not share your information with third parties for advertising. We would only hand it to a competent authority where the law requires it.

Your ARCO rights

You can request access to the personal data we hold about you, its rectification when it is out of date or inaccurate, its cancellation when it is no longer needed, and you can object to us using it for a given purpose. You can also withdraw your consent at any time.

Write to us at hola@encuentras.mx stating which right you want to exercise and which data it concerns. We confirm receipt and reply through the same channel.

Changes to this notice

If the way we handle your data changes, we update this page and the effective date shown above. When the change affects an active client, we also tell them through the channel we already use with them.
