This page summarizes how Encuentras works. The contract and the approved proposal contain the complete terms that apply to each client. In effect since August 2026. ## What you are hiring - Encuentras is a monthly service. We design, publish and manage your site, and you pay a monthly fee while the service is active. There is no setup fee. - Essential site, $700 MXN a month: a single page carrying your customer's whole journey. - Complete site, $1,000 MXN a month: a true multipage site with the information split across pages. - The add-ons (campaign page, QR menu and WhatsApp ordering) are monthly services too, and they are added to your monthly fee. ## No mandatory term, and how to cancel - There is no minimum term. You can request cancellation whenever you want. - Cancellation takes effect on your next billing date: the site stays online until the period you already paid for ends. - There is no cancellation penalty and no reactivation fee if you come back later. Only a previous outstanding balance, if there is one, would need to be cleared. ## Your domain, your materials, and the site - Your domain is registered in your name and paid separately. If we buy it on your behalf, we add it to your first invoice, but it belongs to you. - The photographs, texts and original materials you give us stay yours. Always keep your original files. - The site is a managed service: the design, code, platform and implementation are part of the Encuentras service and are not exported or transferred when it ends. - When the service ends, the site goes offline. Your domain is still yours. ## What your monthly fee includes - Both plans include exactly the same service. What changes between them is the architecture of the site, not the level of attention. - Design and publication of your site within the Encuentras system. - Hosting and security certificate. - Ongoing technical maintenance and automatic technical revisions. - Technical search-engine optimization setup and monitoring. - Contact form and WhatsApp contact path, plus map integration where relevant. - Access to the Encuentras platform for the self-managed content already supported, with basic analytics. - One assisted content-adjustment request per month. - Human support with a 24 to 48 hour response target. ## Changes and adjustments - Every month you can request one adjustment within the content and sections that already exist, and we make it for you. You can also manage the supported areas yourself from your platform. - A full redesign or a new feature is not part of the included monthly adjustment: we review those with you and quote them by scope. ## Support - Our target is to reply within 24 to 48 hours. It is a service target, not a service level agreement or a 24-hour emergency line. ## Launch timing - Your site can be ready roughly two weeks after we receive all the content we need. Review cycles and anything still pending on your side can move the publication date. ## What we do not promise - We do not guarantee search rankings, or a number of visits, orders, reservations or sales. We handle setup, monitoring and technical revisions; the outcome also depends on your market and your operation. - There is no money-back guarantee and no refundable trial period. - Today we do not manage your Google Business profile, we do not process online payments, and we do not run a complete reservation, ordering or delivery platform. - The WhatsApp ordering add-on sends the order to your WhatsApp: it does not charge online and it does not manage deliveries. ## What we need from you - That the information you give us is correct and up to date: prices, hours, services, promotions and contact details. - That you hold the rights to the photographs, logos, texts and other materials you share with us for publication. - That you tell us when something changes in your business. We cannot publish changes we do not know about. ## This summary does not replace the contract - This page is written in plain language so it is easy to read.
